Some Best Disease Inhibitors

WE TAKE THE FOLLOWING FROM A VARIETY OF CREDIBLE SOURCES:

Keep your body mildly alkaline.

You can usually do so with a tea-spoon full of bicarbonate of soda a day, which costs a penny or so. Acidic bodies suffer more from almost all diseases, including viruses and cancer.  The human immune system works best when alkaline. You can test this your acidity with PH papers sold at better pharmacies.

Eat asparagus.

Asparagus contains the protein family histones. These help control cell growth and thus work against cancer, as a preventative as well as potential healer .  According to the National Cancer Institute, asparagus also contains a lot of glutathione, one of the most potent anti-carcinogens and antioxidants.

One way to get the benefits easily and regularly is to puree either cooked or canned asparagus , makes no difference, Eat some  tablespoons a couple of times  a day. (Keep refrigerated.)

Eat overly ripe bananas

According to a Japanese researcher,  yellow skin bananas with dark spots on it are 8 times more effective in enhancing the property of white blood cells than green skin version. In other words, the riper the banana, the stronger their anti-cancer immune system boost.

Over-ripe bananas were found to be the most effective health booster measured against grapes, apples, water melons, pineapples, pears and persimmons. Apart from increasing increasing white blood cells, they also provided the anti-cancer substance TNF.

Recommended is eating 1 to 2 bananas a day to enhance to diseases including colds and flu .

Eat Less

To the degree there is a universal Fountain of Youth, researchers say it is summed up with those two words.  It will add an average of five years, minimum, and the duration overall will be healthier.

While little short of a nip and tuck will make you look younger, calorie restriction, as it is called, is as close to a real Fountain of Youth as any known technique comes. Even scientists who are cautious about anti-aging hype say it works, both by cutting risks for some diseases and by allowing all body cells, somehow, to hang in there longer.

Saint Louis University researcher Edward Weiss says “calorie restriction,” as it is called, is proven effective as an inhibitor of  heart disease, cancer and diabetes. Other researchers have suggested positive results on a wider variety of diseases and disorders.

Maitake mushrooms.

Generally available in Japanese and Chinese cooking,  researchers at New York Medical Center have found the mushrooms shrink cancerous tumors by up to 75%.  The researchers combined minute amounts of concentrated maitake extract with anti-cancer proteins used to boost the immune system known as interferons.  Given to patients, it activated an enzyme that controls the growth of cancer, stopping their cancer from spreading.

Maitake mushrooms alone slow the growth of cancer cells when used at high doses. The combination with interferons  allowed for lower doses to be effective. Researchers believe its active component is grifolan, a beta-glucan polysaccharide (a molecule made of linked sugar molecules), that activates the cellular immune system.

Studies are underway on treatments for a wide range of other  diseases,  including diabetes, high blood pressure, AIDS and  liver damage. Some research demonstrated maitake reduces hypertension by up to 20%t in 75% of patients.

Sometimes called “hen of the woods,”  the mushrooms with fan-shaped caps grows on trunks or stumps of trees in temperate regions of North America, Europe, and Japan. A mature plant can weigh up to 20 pounds.

MGN-3

Research in peer-reviewed medical journals claims that the compound boosts natural killer (NK) cells by 300% within weeks of using it. Although relatively expensive, the evidence indicates efficacy with viral conditions and cancer — it’s the #1 prescribed medicine in Japan for soft tissue tumors. It particularly has a good performance record in reducing viral load and increasing white blood cell count.

NK cells locate and kill disease cells such as cancer cells. Cancer patients almost always have a suppressed number of NK cells. MGN-3 increases the production of NK cells and continues to keep the NK cell level elevated until use is halted. It also enhances B-cell and T-cell activity.

A warning, however: It does not work universally for everyone nor for all cancer. It is simply something that one tries out if needed.

MGN-3 is made from rice bran treated with polysaccharides from shitake, kawaratake, and surehrotake mushrooms.

Man and woman are struggling to co-exist harmoniously within a context of an unhealthy matrix that causes each to suffer primary wounds and generate self-protective stances in order to 'survive' and protect their traumatized selves. Jay Levin’s class breaks down the effects of the unhealthy matrix on the psyche of both man and woman and in doing so gifts us with the tools, understanding and compassion to help ourselves and each other recover our authentic selves and step out of the matrix.

The relationship course changed my life in a really significant way. There’s been really major breakthroughs in my relationship and in how I see myself. Your concepts are profoundly affecting the way I see the world and deal in it.
BEN DAUGHTRY
Jay's class illuminated men as something more than the other from another planet but as vulnerable humans burdened by pressures, demands and expectations that engendered specific behaviors. As a result, compassion replaced fear and defensiveness, understanding replaced suspicion and game-playing was replaced with real communication, the result being a positive impact on my relationship with all the men in my life.

Jay's course provided me with a  "toolbox" filled with techniques, perspectives and practices that can help anyone willing to better their relationship to themselves and others. I became more aware of who I am, recognizing my patterns and my wounds as well as my gifts and passions. His relationship classes brought light and understanding to my own relationship and to the old paradigm in which most of us are operating. It offered insight and great tools to help take my partnership to a new level of understanding, communicating and loving.
LISA ROSAS
I found the class very beneficial, markedly superior to just being given a book. It opened me to entirely new ways of dealing with my relationship and myself, to new dimensions of the world.

Sitting through the What Men Need to Know About Women class was very interesting to me. I’ve never done anything like this  - no therapy or group classes. So it was coming at me – I was being bombarded with all these subconscious things I was aware of but never actually expressed with other people. I feel that everyone really is aware of these things but to talk about it really brings it out. And I learned a lot about myself.  Not being in a relationship now it gave me a good road map for the next one.

Many of us speak of a paradigm shift occurring on the planet. In the same way that new understanding and technology is necessary to make the shift happen globally, each of us needs new tools to make the shift happen within ourselves. Jay's class will open the door to an array of tangible and creative tools to help you in this process.

This was such a great and informative set of classes that I thought......why the heck didn’t I learn this in high school??  I’ve been approaching the entire thing completely wrong!  (I could have avoided a ton of headaches!). So I was thrilled to have taken the relationship class and to broaden my perspective and understanding of relationships in a much deeper, more spiritual and broader sense! It is wonderful to be there with Jay, getting inside tips, sharing and seeing that we all experience similar problems.

Jay is a kind and knowledgeable teacher. His Relationhip course taught me not only a framework for understanding the art of relationship, both with one's self and others, but also tools of communication to begin gently transforming less effective attitudes and interactions into true healing and real connection.
Stephen Marr
I found this course on What Women Need to Know About Men to be extremely valuable. It allowed me a deeper reflection of my past and how I created life and partnerships – and allowed me to see things differently so that I may move forward with different choices. In the past I’ve left just about every relationship that I was in. After going through this class I feel confident that I have more tools and skills and understanding on approaching a relationship. I would recommend it to every woman who has been in and out of relationships [in order] to get a better handle on what we are doing and how to go through the problem accepting in the other partner. Really extraordinary insight.
